Rental Period;
The rental period is calculated over 24 hours.
Backup Drive;
In order for a second driver to use the vehicle, the driver's license information must be recorded while the contract is being prepared. Otherwise, all insurances will be invalid and the registered driver will be held responsible for all damages. Only one person can be registered as a backup driver.
Delivery & Return;
Delivery and return services are provided within the city limits during working hours. A service fee will be charged for deliveries or returns to places where our company or service partners do not have an office. Please call us for the service fee and other details.
Delayed Return;
If there is a delay of 3 hours or more from the return time, a daily fee will be charged.
Insurance;
All vehicles are insured with two separate insurances. KTK MANDATORY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (TRAFFIC) INSURANCE and FULL INSURANCE (CDW) mandated by the state eliminate the responsibility of the lessor against all accidents. Our prices include Full Insurance (CDW) and Theft Insurance (TP).
Important : In case of an accident, the accident and alcohol report must be filed before the vehicle is moved from the accident scene. You can get information about the transactions to be made by calling the phone numbers to be given to you. The accident report must be submitted to us within 48 hours for the validity of the insurance.
Traffic Fines;
All penalties arising from traffic violations during the rental period belong to the lessor.
Reservation;
You can make an online reservation by filling out the reservation request form. Your Reservation Request will be answered within 24 hours.
Reservation Cancellations;
Reservation cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the vehicle delivery date. Unannounced cancellations will be treated as "No Show" and the 1-day price will be charged to the credit card.
Payment;
The amount to be paid can be paid in cash or by credit card (Amex, Visa or Master) at the time of vehicle delivery.
deposit;
One blank credit card slip will be taken as a deposit (for fuel difference, extension, etc.) while the contract is being prepared and will be returned at the end of the rental.
